Summary	0018155: Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest questline bugged
Description	During part 3 of the quest line (A Wrinkle in Time) in the Caverns of Time, Anachronos will give you the quest but does not give any followup automatic dialogue, nor does her provide an option to talk to him to produce the requirement for the quest to progress to turn in stage. This is for the legendary staff, Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest, from Firelands.
Steps To Reproduce	Accept quest from Anachronos.
Additional Information	Tried logging out/in with the quest with no change. Tried abandoning the quest and then relogging before reaccepting it again to no success.
