Summary	0018014: Oneths Intuition (Boomkin Legendary)
Description	Hello, right now https://ptr.wowhead.com/spell=209407/oneths-overconfidence and https://ptr.wowhead.com/spell=209406/oneths-intuition which are proccing from the Legendary https://ptr.wowhead.com/item=137092/oneths-intuition are bugged. When you have 1 of these Buffs which should basically grant you a free cast of either a Starsurge or an Starfall, you will not be able to cast any of these Abilitys until your declicking the Buff. As you can see in the Video. Iam having a Buff for the Free Starfall cast and even by reaching 100 Astral Power(which shouldn´t be necessary cause it should be free) its still shown grey and is not able to be casted. Same goes for the Starsurge. After declicking the Buff -> the Spell can be casted again. Video: https://streamable.com/l8yiba Addition: Starsurge is not greyed out when Astral power is missing. Right now it looks like you could cast Starsurge with 0 Astral power as you can see in the first Second in the Video. Iam having 38 and the costs for a Starsurge are 40 -> So it should be grey instead of coloured. Greetings Aldra

Aldrahin 2022-02-02 16:36 reporter ~0052798	Heyho, i´ve recently tested it with another Balance with the Legendary and it's working for him. Even after deleting Cache/Disable Addons/Unstuck the issue still remains for me. It could be an issue with the German Client bugging out there.
