The first thing to do is the Suramar storyline quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=44636/building-an-army second - when the world quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=43943/withered-army-training#comments is active, you can give Thalyssra from 400 to 2000 mana to start the scenario. Which one doesn't work? |
