Summary0017298: Lea Stonepaw for quest to acquire guardian artifact appears underground, cant reach npc
DescriptionTried restarting quest, took many attempts, but everytime when it comes to meet the npc in grizzly hills in the quest "To the Hills" Lea appears to be underground, targeted her through command and also tried to interact through command but she is too far to reach. From the focus target arrow implicates that npc is under the terrain.
Steps To ReproduceEvery try to fulfill quest, tried 5 times myself when you come to grizzly hills npc spawns under terrain.

Solved, me just being dumb and forgot that the location is in a tree and a path leads to exact location, sorry for trouble. no bug at all
