What actions did you perform before constructing buildings? Deleted them before that? I can't repeat the problem with the absence of npc. |

Im just upgraded the buildings from level 2 to level 3 |

Maybe you have not implemented NPCs to level 3 Professons buildings |

Well most of the lvl 3 building have bugs :) My lvl 3 profession building also don't have NPCs, lvl 3 mine dones't have spawned ores to mine and is as large as lvl 2, missing NPCs / quests / items rotations from large building but this is old news. |
