Summary0016319: Hydra mobs static burst is broken
DescriptionHydra mobs including, but not limited to; Lytheron Gloomscale and Marsh Hydra (in azsuna, north of Challianes Terrace) The gorboros on the restoration shaman quest Wavespeaker's Trail. Static Burst is hitting for nearly 4 million on both my fresh shaman with 1.8million hp and my ilvl 905 mage at 4 million hp.
Steps To ReproduceGo find one of the hydra mobs listed above and wait for them to hit you with Static Burst.
Additional InformationThis makes it nearly impossible to complete the restoration shaman artifact quest as a fresh level 110.
