Summary0015702: Mana Break - PvP talent
DescriptionMana break is not doing damage it is supposed to. We did testing on Fun realm and on 1% mana healers it hit only 8-10%, while on fully out of mana healers it should hit hard (if there are not defensive cds up)

This makes Mana burn strategy for Demon hunters in arena much harder since once healer is oom, Mana Break adds that "execute" effect.
Steps To ReproduceVery easy, take healer make him go oom and press mana break - instead of 25% health in damange it will do 8-10%

Hello, this should work.
I checked and here are the results:
On 100% mana -5% health
On 70% mana -10% health
On 48% mana -16% health
On 8% mana -22% health
