The fact that both items have disappeared, but the achievements remain, suggests that the "Promotions" option is disabled in the collection settings - the sources for obtaining the item. |

Hello. How did you know that you have no mount and pet? After receiving both the mount and the pet must be studied, after which the items disappear from the inventory, and a new mount appears in the mount collection, and a new pet appears in the pet collection. If you look closely at the collections, you can see that the collection window has a filter setting that allows you to turn off the display of unreceived mounts or pets, filter the collection by the source of mounts, for example - loot, seller, achievements, promotions and blizzard store. These settings affect access to the mount or pet. In any case, the specified mount must be shown in the collection as available for use, or as unavailable (if it is not obtained or you do not have the right to ride it). What you must do to prove the bug: You must open the collection, change the settings so that the desired mount appears on the left in the collection window. To simplify the search, there is a line where you can enter the letters of the mount name. Then you look at the appearance of the icon - if it is bright and the button to use at the bottom is active - everything is fine, you have a mount. If the icon is dim and the button is inactive - take a screenshot and place it here in this thread. Likewise with the pet. a theoretical option to eliminate the bug, if there is a bug - in the capital of the faction and in Dalaran (Legion) there is a group of NPC DeBugger. One of the NPCs has a trade window in which you can buy artifact weapons, some mounts and other items lost as a result of a server crash for gold. But before using this opportunity, I advise you to think very well - there are many side effects. |

Hello. I checked that when checking the mount https://ru.wowhead.com/item=98618/ and the pet https://www.wowhead.com/npc=77137/dread-hatchling did not disappear from the list of mounts and pets. Send the screenshots that Karmadon wrote (a collection of mounts and pets) and a screenshot from the debugger, there is no excitement or the fearsome bird is present |

It's funny. I looked at my character. Mount is in the collection. Pet is in the collection. No related achievements. It is known that the servers of this project give out rewards for the time played. For 250 hours the reward is pet, for 2500 hours the reward is mount. It is not known if the associated achievements should have been counted after obtaining and learning the pet and mount. Considering that there was no promotion with Draenor and the collectible game on this project. In any case, I noticed one thing - on the screenshots, the time difference is 2 days. And I can't see if the achievement date changes when it is received from the NPC debugger again. I do not have these achievements. I added a screenshot where you can see that the character played 39 days, that's more than 900 hours. And there are other characters. The phrase that more than 6000 hours have been played on the project, the mount for 5000 hours is received and all intermediate awards, including those indicated by the Avinoam, are available and have not disappeared anywhere. If it turns out that the characters Avinoam have played less than 250 hours, the situation for me and for Avinoam will be completely mirrored. Perhaps Avinoam has special conditions - the character was transferred from another server, or mounts and pets were obtained for donation. Or for example bought on the black market. |
