The tester did not include in his answer a footnote from the server rules, which says that the administration does not return or compensate for items, game currency and experience lost as a result of failures or other bugs.
You do not yet realize the difference between the official servers and the servers of this project. This project has an owner who has established the basic rules for communication between players and project staff. These rules are described on the project website. And according to these rules, the bug tracker, testers and developers do not have any rights to influence the gameplay of ordinary players, regardless of the name of the server that is part of the project.
To invade the gameplay on each of the servers, administrators are intended who accept requests through the server forums (for each server - Epic, Uvov, Argus or a fan - forum has its own, with separate registration in valid languages) and only they can make changes to the gameplay - re-issue Dark Sorrow for example, or Warglaives of Azzinoth. And only after coordination with the owner of the project - yes, only this way.
Do you play Uvov-x100 or Argus? different servers, different forums, different administrators. Clarify this point and I will be able to suggest on which forum you will need to register and create a request for help.
In addition, I can inform you that using the standard means of playing on this project, you can get a skin for a weapon that is identical to the appearance of the legendary weapon of past seasons in the realities of the Legion in only one way. Since this is a private project, it is permissible to use the donation system, pay a little real money and get a drawn appearance of the weapon, corresponding, for example, to the one you specified in the original message. The peculiarities of the translation did not allow me to unequivocally understand what kind of weapon you could successfully lose during the fitting process. A short summary - the return of lost items as a result of a bug or server failure is a violation of the project rules, which means that the probability of getting an item back is extremely low, but it is there.
