This problem occurred due to the fact that you have already completed https://www.wowhead.com/quest=36160/garrison-campaign-every-rose-has-its-thorn and its dependent quests, during which https://www.wowhead.com/npc=77209/baros-alexston dies. As far as I know, there are no alternative completion options, you need to contact the GM for help with completing the quest. |
