Description	Hello, This report is on uwowcn. Please check the following case: ----------------------------------- Ticket ID = 4971, Character Name = 小山竹 Quest link - https://www.wowhead.com/quest=34461/build-your-barracks Don't know how did he do, but he reported he had been already built level 3 Barrack in his garrison. Now he can't complete this quest. Does anyway to fix this problem or just help him to complete this quest? Please check this case. ----------------------------------- Thank you for help!

I would recommend removing the garrison with the help of NPC О'Ши in Dalaran, this will also remove all existing buildings.
