Summary	0014768: my friend cant get off spec blood artifact weapon, becouse zeomus is not there
Description	My friend playing DK and he try to complete (Quest: The Dead and the Damned) his off spec blood artifact quest. He cant find zeomus in Dalaran. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OKlxyx0-dQ (Please mute the video)
Steps To Reproduce	He take a quest and zeomus is not spawn in Dalaran.
Additional Information	от тестера Что то с фазой в даларане http://egammi.com/image/ScQb https://ru.wowhead.com/quest=40740/ работает если делать 1 артефактом. Что бы повторить баг игрока я сделал расколотый/аргус/ и оплот до квеста https://ru.wowhead.com/quest=44550 и смог повторить баг
