Summary	0011325: Can't Equip Ring
Description	I have a Signet of Stormwind that I got from a quest right before starting the Broken Isles. For some reason, it ended up being sent to me in the mail. The letter was from "Customer Support and said there were issues equipping it. (Picture attached) Sure enough, the ring had disappeared from the spot where it was equipped before. I also can't equip the ring now that I've retrieved it from the mail. (Picture Attached)
Steps To Reproduce	1. Receive Signet of Stormwind from this quest: https://www.wowhead.com/item=138450/signet-of-stormwind 2. Equip ring 3. ???? 4. Receive the ring in the mail because there were apparently issues equipping it. 5. Attempt to equip ring
