Summary0010623: Cannot finish protection warrior artifact quest
DescriptionThe Spectral Windshapers who make the wall of wind cannot be targeted and attacked, thus one cannot proceed with the quest. You can only kill one of the windshapers so the windwall continues to exist.

Ahh it works now, turns out I have to heroic leap to both windshapers and can't attack them directly
