| Description | https://www.wowhead.com/item=48681/waterlogged-recipe Complete a fishing daily quest from Marcia in Dalaran. Click on her gift: the blue satchel of fishing goodies. Often (not always) one of the items is a "Waterlogged Recipe" Click on this item (scroll with "!" imposed) and see the quest description. Click "Accept" for this "waterlogged recipe" quest. Note that the recipe disappears. Go to "one more glass" where you would turn in the quest. See the grey "?" over the NPC's head. Try to complete the quest, and not that, without the Waterlogged Recipe scroll, you cannot. PROBLEM: Waterlogged Recipe with "!" should be replaced by Waterlogged Recipe without "!". THIS is what is not happening, and therefore the quest cannot be completed. | ||||
