The whole quest chain starting https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40783/the-scythe-of-elune is performed in phase, the player is not visible to others and interacts with the individual environment. The preliminary quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40837/the-deadwind-hunt requires escorting the NPC to the end point of the quest, which is located where the next quest chain will be received. Upon completing the NPC escort through the control points to the final, the NPC will accept the quest and will offer the next quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40838/the-dark-riders.
