| Description | Players can complete the quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=42420 without meeting the requirements. It happens in some players. I tested with my lock and i could, tried with my DH and couldn't. It is random, cause i've been able to complete it with 1, 2 or 3 quests completed. Even with no quests completed. Up until now, it has been only from farondis, but i've recieved a report that it's happening with at least 3 other emissaries.
