Both issues are definitely happening on Normal mode. Not running Heroic or LFR atm as it's a Normal mode skin I'm trying to get, and have run at least a dozen time on multiple alts in the past week. Zero tier tokens from Council and Twins. |

Greetings! I don't seem to be getting the same issue as you, when I kill the bosses you've listed they all drop tier, both on normal and heroic difficulty. Could you please attach a screenshot of the loot without the tier tokens as you claim it happens to you? |

I have a feeling these pics won't upload in the correct order. Ran ToT 25m normal. Council didn't drop anything. At all. Was unable to loot mobs and nothing appeared in the mail. Twins didn't drop tier tokens yet again. Was able to loot them this time however no tokens. Lei Shen was not lootable either, despite previous runs where he has been. Items were retrieved in the mail. |

For whatever reason it's exclusively an issue on x5. |
