Summary	0027103: Quest Of No Consequence [27547] is not attainable, because questgiver is not spawned
Description	The trio of Lord Godfrey, Baron Ashbury and Lord Walden should already be spawned near Sylvanas at The Forsaken Front when the player returns to turn in Transdimensional Warfare: Chapter III (possibly before, not certain). As the player completes Taking the Battlefront [27542], the three should start following the player and offer their quests: Of No Consequence from Baron Ashbury, Lessons in Fear [27548] from Lord Walden and Pyrewood's Fall [27550] from Lord Godfrey. Currently these NPC's do not appear anywhere and the player is stuck at this stage of the storyline without GM intervention. Once Of No Consequence is completed, the NPC's will be in a building in Pyrewood Village and the rest of the quests are completeable. Major severity, because this bug prevents completing the Silverpine Forest storyline and therefore the Loremaster achievement. https://youtu.be/pGdPa3gvvj0
