As you can see the picture below, I believe those two players which ranked second and third were using the “ bug of Rune energy upper limit ” to improve their ranking.

Hm.... I will try to check this) But I remember that a few years ago was similar bug which was fixed, but I did't remember it was on uwow or on wowcircle (where my character from). So if I just change expertise to unholy, and then to frost or blood specializatio, I had more than 100 rune power. If I have change spec from blood or frost to blood or frost, I receive 100 rune power as it should be. Now that issue is fixed. You play on epic x1 or x100 ? |

Hi mate. I only play in legion X5. you need to change your spec to unholy, and then select the “Rune tattoo” expertise. And change your spec to frost or blood, you will get mrone than 100 Rune power. I have a suggestion. We can shut down the guy who can reset artifact expertise temporarily. And then no one will be affected by this bug. You team will get planty of time to fix it. |

Have you fix it? I saw someone still have 165 rune power limit as we can see the picture below.
