Summary	0018457: NPC that wont shut up
Description	In dalaran, there is a NPC called "the great akazamzarak". He is located above Rogue Class Hall. The problem is he keeps repeating same braindead cringe dialogue over and over again, in audio. He speaks right above my classhall where I spend a decent amount of time and he can be heard from below. After hearing his five or six sentences over and over again it becomes an annoyance. There is an option to turn his audio voice off in retail, you speak to him and choose "can you be quiet?" and he shuts up. In this private server version that quiet option doesnt work, even if I talk to him to turn off audio it doesnt help, game still behaves like he wasnt talked to. There are plenty of wow players that are annoyed by him, judging by my question how to turn him off in general chat. Please remove his pointless audio from game or at least make it possible to stop his voice. I can turn off dialogues in game but I want to hear other cutscenes and dialogues, I DONT want to hear him.
