Well it doesnt matter which one i try to build cuz i cant build any of them. I have Jewelcrafting as a profession but it doesnt let me build anything.

Salvage yard is not a building for professions. The level 1 blueprint for this building is a quest reward from the Spiers of Arak.
Building blueprints for professions can be obtained as a reward for special profession quests (listed above) or a complete package ( https://www.wowhead.com/item=118215/book-of-garrison-blueprints ) as a reward for the quest to upgrade the garrison to level 2. If the https://www.wowhead.com/item=118215/book-of-garrison-blueprints book is not received for the quest, it can be bought from the merchant https://www.wowhead.com/npc=85839/sparz-boltwist in the Ally garrison, but only after the garrison has been upgraded to level 2.
