So this is how it should, In order to complete the quest you need to talk to the NPC near the plane so he can put you on top of the plane and that's how you kill the other flying planes. Summon in Ogrimar is an almost normal way out, in the last quest of the chain, a racial spell is studied to summon a personal banker. Then I read the terms of the quest, returned to Kofelnagel, by that moment she had a dialogue in several lines and when I clicked on it, they put me in the helicopter.
