Summary	0015362: Sweeping Strikes - Execute doesn't cleave unless certain criteria are met.
Description	Execute isn't cleaving from Sweeping Strikes unless the available targets are at 20% health or a proc from the legendary ring is active. it should ALWAYS cleave if execute is cast, the conditions dont have to be met for cleave'd targets.
Steps To Reproduce	Get one mob to 20% the other 100% and use Execute with Sweeping Strikes talent. One mob will be hit, the other won't be. Proc Ayala's Stone Heart and multiple mobs will be executed.
Additional Information	I noticed this yesterday and maybe a few days ago and Execute is behaving very poorly with sweeping strikes. Mortal Strike works fine.
