Summary	0015160: NPC can't be killed
Description	Hello again :) for quest " The Cipher of Damnation - Borak's Charge " ( https://www.wowhead.com/quest=10578/the-cipher-of-damnation-boraks-charge ) we need to kill https://www.wowhead.com/npc=21315/ruul-the-darkener . but he cant be killed here, he is not spawned where he should be ( screen 1 ), he is spawned here ( screen 2,3 ) but when i trying kill him, it said " Out of range " even when im right next to him. can you please respawn him on place where he belongs ? :) :D thanks
Additional Information	от тестера https://www.wowhead.com/npc=2131 нельзя ударить нпс. Подобный баг был у Рухмара в дреноре. Моб не находится в том месте где отображается
