So today is the day when https://www.wowhead.com/npc=120457/akule-riverhorn is spawn again after a whole rotation. I like to say the my point on the previous report is still valid. There is 0% https://www.wowhead.com/item=146960/ancient-totem-fragment drop rate / fishing rate under the aura of https://www.wowhead.com/spell=239673/somethings-fishy. Even if you use https://www.wowhead.com/item=146966/water-totem-figurine and kill the mini boss https://www.wowhead.com/npc=120453/tarn-riverhorn for 100% boost drop rate then it drops the wrong loot https://www.wowhead.com/item=6529/shiny-bauble that only drops for Stormheim
