Summary	0009123: Repeated force dismounts in Draenor (Shadowmoon Valley)
Description	See video. Mount, ride a yard or 3, and forced dismount as if all of Shadowmoon Valley was a "no riding" zone. Also shown many places attempting to remount returns "You can't use that here" for all mounts and Running Wild ability. Video shows a second bug: hostiles follow, keeping me in combat, but do not attack and cannot be attacked.
Steps To Reproduce	Play in Draenor. I will verify this in other map areas as I get there.
