| Description | The quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=26154/twilight-extermination from Vashj'ir do not work properly. You need to control a monster to kill a bunch of enemies, but instead of that controlled monster to lose HP ... your character lose. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Step 1: After you make some quests for L'ghorek he gives you the quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=26154/twilight-extermination. Step 2: Go near the middle of the map where all those monsters are, and use https://www.wowhead.com/item=57172/attuned-runestone-of-binding to control a https://www.wowhead.com/npc=42343/twilight-extermination-bound-torrent-possessed-kill-credit Step 3: Kill Twilight Devotee slain (50) & Faceless Overseer slain (3) | ||||
| Additional Information | As I mentioned in description, the problem is that even if you are far far away from all the action, when your monster is hit by other monsters, your character lose all HP and die, you end up dead instead of your controlled monster. I manage with very much luck to make that quest, but the quest is still broken, make it that Bound Torrent lose HP not PLAYER CHARACTER. This way the next chain quest won't be a problem. Not to mention that the next chain quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=26143/all-that-rises which involve the same Bound Torrent, is impossible to do. That boss give me 3-4 hits and im bye bye since I have only 60k HP. Please fix it fast ... is like the last few quests to complete the whole area for Vashj'ir quest achievement. Besides All That Rises there are 2 more quests and thats the entire map. I'll keep my eye on this report, I want that achievement fast :D Thank you! <3 |

Hello Stellarium. Yes, I used that skill you mentioned when I saw that I get damage. Isn't supposed for that skill to heal yourself? (the torrent) After that quest, did you tried the All That Rises to kill that boss from the inside? Over there I died in 3-4 hits. If what you say is true I still do not understand why Consume Essence usage would kill your character. If you are 101% sure that the quest works perfectly and that the last boss can be killed without a problem, then probably the problem was on my side and the quest works good and in this case I just wanna apologize for wasting your time. :) |

I reported a bug with the spell https://www.wowhead.com/spell=79224/consume-essence because it shouldn’t take away the player’s HP. If you cannot kill the boss and complete the quest, write a ticket in the game world and ask to complete the quest, referring to this report. Thank you for your contact) |
