Summary	0026284: Wowmythic Legion: Howling Fjord Captain Ellis (quest giver phasing problem)
Description	Greetings, This bug report is about a quest giver located in the Howling Fjord, more specifically the ghost ship called ''the Sister Mercy''. The name of the questgiver is Captain Ellis. The problem i encountered whilst playing through the Howling Fjord storyline is that whenever attempting to interect with Captain Ellis, it seems the npc keeps phasing in-and out. This is making it extremely difficult to interact with the quest giver. Steps To Reproduce	I'm pretty sure the problem is phase-related as the npc is zoning in and out.
Additional Information	Аналогичная проблема, корабль двигается, бывает можно взаимодействовать с нпц а бывает нет, лечится релогом
