| Description | Hi, i wanted to report the following bug found for fury warriors. Sometimes (not always, but very frequent in mythic+ keys) when casting whirlwind (which applies the buff Meat Cleaver as a fury warrior) the Meat Cleaver buff gets consumed by the whirlwind itself (no additional damage from whirlwind) negating the possibility to correctly use the Meat Cleaver buff to be consumed by bloodthirst or rampage. |

| Steps To Reproduce | To reproduce it, just try to cast whirlwind as fury warrior to a group of 4+ mobs (higher chance for the bug to happen). |

| Additional Information | I found that increasing the item level of the character the bug was more frequent (maybe linked to haste value??). |
