| Steps To Reproduce | The NPC 'Vindikcator Krethos' ( https://www.wowhead.com/npc=90974/vindicator-krethos ) should sell this blueprint for those revered with the Hand of the Prophet. This blueprint allows you to build an Oil Rig in your naval mission map, so you can send out your ships to farm OIL ( https://www.wowhead.com/currency=1101/oil ), which is an important resource for naval stuff . Here is where the Oil Rig location should be the map, once you learned the blueprint: https://www.wowhead.com/mission=745/oil-rig-pickup-location There are other ways to obtain it, but those seem to be bugged aswell. | ||||
