DescriptionQuest ID: 42370 "Wanding 101" in Azsuna cannot be done, tells you to shoot wand on "Wand Target" (107279) ; but you are never given the wand to use.
This quest is important to progress in Azsuna.
Steps To ReproduceAccept quest, can't progress further.

Can confirm thats not longer working.
Was instant complete on the server, now its not but cant complete it in any way
