| Steps To Reproduce | I summoned my Imp and let it attack a worldquest boss. It died but I did not get any heal. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l72LXW_J2_k Also It should also work when you summon you demon and sacrifice it with https://www.wowhead.com/spell=108503/grimoire-of-sacrifice as it says in the combatlog that you killed the imp. https://imgur.com/a/sBZsdq6 | ||||

No. Only when the demon dies or it's sacrificed by Grimoire of Sacrifice. https://www.wowhead.com/spell=111898/grimoire-felguard won't kill the demon and if will simply just despawn. Not considered a death. Also in wowhead this was in the comments: "I just found out that while wearing this necklace you /laugh at your demons when they are either killed or you use Grimoire of Sacrifice on them." So here he says that Grimoire of Sacrifice should trigger it too as I mentioned above + a little easteregg with an laughing animation |
