| Description | This order hall advancement doesn't work. It don't spawn the NPC to put work orders for Silver Hand Orders, to compelte a world quest every 18 hours. The screenshots shows i have the upgrade active, and the location where the NPC should be, but he is not there. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | After you unlock this upgrade, there should be a NPC, where you can put work orders to receive the Silver hand orders to use in your map to complete a world quest instantly every 18 hours. | ||||
