| Description | Cata Alchemy recipe Transmute Living Elements is meant to be controllable if done in certain Cata zones. Mount Hyjal: Volatile Fire Vashj'ir: Volatile Water Deepholm: Volatile Earth Uldum: Volatile Air Transmuting in Vashj'ir is failing to produce Volatile Water when perfomed in Vashj'ir, instead creating "Random Volatile Elements" which I can't find a use for at all. The WH page for them is useless and only one comment raises this same question with no answer given there either. https://www.wowhead.com/item=54464/random-volatile-element I'm assuming a step is missing where these items check against what zone the transmute is done in and if a Cata zone should replace them with the appropriate results or if not then give a random option. Currently it gives something that can't be used. | ||||

| Additional Information | Volatile Water is required to create Truegold which is in turn required to make the Vial of the Sands recipe/mount. The Alchemy recipe should be a way to help speed this up since the only alternatives are very low drop rate farming or worse drop rate fishing. Also I now have 30 "Random Volatile Elements" which don't seem to serve any purpose, having wasted 2 daily cooldowns of transmuting. | ||||
