Summary0027356: Feral bleed damage
DescriptionFeral bleed damage is bugged and is scaled incorrectly, if even u stack mastery the bleed damage does not increase, the damage deal by the trash ability is same like from Mists of Pandaria, deals max 28k damage whats compared to legion really low. Mastery now is totally useless and it needs to be fixed, because the damage dealt by it is in - numbers. Example, 4 min fight Varimathras 98mil damage shred, 98 mil damage feroc. bite, 35mil damage rip (sabertooth talent), 31mil damage rake and both rake and rip are applied whole time on the target.
Steps To ReproduceNeed to fix the mastery scaling so the damage is accurate for the legion expansion and gear.

Hello, i tested and on my character all works correctly, damage from bleeds increase and decrease with modified mastery,
please try to fix your character in control panel
